I have been meditating for over a year now and the benefits I realized are immense. The eye band I found by PSSM has only strengthened my meditative experience even better. I can comfortably wear as it helps me to go into emptiness and deep restful state. It also cools down my head and helps me sleep better. The benefits are countless for those wear it regularly while meditating or to even to into deep sleep. I recommend it highly as I have been using it for over 3 months now
